Qeevai helps you track your car costs, remember deadlines and see reports. It is free to use and has no ads. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes on devices you own or control. The rules of the store you downloaded it from also apply (Apple App Store – Apple’s standard licence agreement, Google Play). You may not copy, modify or reverse engineer the App, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.

An account is optional. You are responsible for a correct e-mail and for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time in the App. We may block or close an account that is misused (for example to attack the service).

The data you enter belongs to you. Without an account it stays only on your phone and you are responsible for backing it up (Settings → Back up to a file). We run the sync with due care but cannot guarantee it is always available. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Fuel economy, cost per kilometre and other reports are informative and based only on the data you enter; they are not tax, accounting or other professional advice. Reminders are an aid – a notification may not arrive (for example with notifications turned off or due to phone settings). You remain responsible for meeting deadlines (inspection, insurance, vignettes and the like).

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by the law of the Slovak Republic we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, or the loss of data kept on a phone without a backup. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights or liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

We may improve, change or discontinue parts of the App. We may update these terms; we will tell you about significant changes in the App. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.

The law of the Slovak Republic applies. If you are a consumer, you may also turn to an alternative dispute resolution body, for example the Slovak Trade Inspection (soi.sk). Your rights under the law of your country of residence are not affected.
