Delete your account and data

1. Open Qeevai and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. To keep your data, tap Back up to a file first.
4. Confirm Delete account. If the phone also keeps data without an account, Delete account and data deletes that too.
5. If you signed in with Apple, confirm the Apple sheet as well.

The account and all its data are deleted from the server and from the phone right away. For an Apple account on iPhone we also remove the App’s link to your Apple ID.

If you no longer have the App, send a request from the e-mail address of your account to support@qeevai.com with the subject Delete Qeevai account. We will check the request comes from you and delete the account within 30 days (usually sooner). We will confirm by e-mail.

The account (e-mail, identifier, sign-in details) and all data stored in it: cars, expenses, odometer readings, reminders, recurring expenses, tags and settings. We keep nothing; server backups are overwritten within 30 days at the latest. The App on iPhone removes the link to your Apple ID; if you delete the account elsewhere, remove it at account.apple.com (Sign in with Apple). Remove the link to your Google account in your Google account settings.

If you use the App without an account, your data is only on your phone and we do not have it. Delete it in Settings → Start over or by uninstalling the App.
